The device outputs occupied, vacant and non-vehicle abnormal-occupancy status without collecting or storing personal information, vehicle models or registration numbers.

Radar-triggered wake-up, event-driven lighting and on-device AI reduce energy use, while the high-capacity battery and 4 W solar panel lower battery-replacement and maintenance frequency.

The clamp mount fits existing parking meters or roadside poles and can be installed in 15–20 minutes. 4G, GPS, offline retransmission, remote configuration and batch upgrades reduce deployment and maintenance effort.
